IAF President hosts Indian Businessmen in Armenia

From 16th to 18th September, a business delegation from India represented by businessmen from more than 30 companies recently visited Armenia to participate in the Armenia Expo 2021. The delegation was led by FIEO (Federation of Indian Exporters Organization). A few businessmen/investors out of the delegation paid their visit to Indo-Armenian Friendship NGO office to interact and engage with IAF’s President Mr. Rananjay Anand who has been working to promote businesses between India and Armenia through IAF which acts as a platform to connect the interested parties.

Mr. Dharmender Yadav, CEO, Al Durra International Group paid his visit to IAF office on 19th September after finishing with the expo. They deal in Stones, Ceramics and Construction Materials. Mr. Dharmender held a comprehensive meeting with Mr. Rananjay Anand in order to get a fair idea about the local Armenian market for his product range. The meeting was quite fruitful as it resulted into the field visits to the local factories of stones and construction companies to associate with in future.

Mr. Anand accompanied Mr. Dharmender and involved constructively to engage the interested parties. Results were encouraging for Mr. Dharmender and he planned to come back again soon to follow-up with his engagements. While bidding adieu, Mr. Dharmender Yadav gifted a well-framed craft specially made on marble stone to Mr. Rananjay Anand as memento. Both sides exchanged satisfactory views about the developments.

Another prominent visit was from Mr. Nirmal Kumar, Regional Manager, Roots Multiclean Ltd. This company manufactures cleaning machines for industries, municipalities, airports, hospitals, malls and so on. They discussed in detail about their future plans. During their meet, Mr. Nirmal Kumar explained their product range, their quality commitment and also showed interest in having some local partners in Armenia who can represent them locally. Mr. Anand assured Mr. Kumar of his all support while vouching for such association.
